Community Spotlight - Coffee with a Cop at Spotted Deer

At Churchill, we’re always seeking ways to connect with and support our community. When we heard that Spotted Deer was hosting Fair Oaks Police Department's first-ever Coffee with a Cop event, we knew we had to get involved. We reached out to see how we could contribute to this meaningful initiative and decided to cover the cost of the first 100 cups of coffee for attendees. It was our way of saying thank you to those who protect and serve our community, and to the residents who came out to show their support.

We were thrilled to partner with Spotted Deer and the Fair Oaks Police Department for this special event, which took place on Saturday, October 5, from 8 AM to 10 AM. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, with residents stopping by for friendly conversations and learning more about the important work our local officers do. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with the people who help keep our community safe—and who doesn’t love a free cup of coffee to kickstart their weekend?

This event showcased what we value most at Churchill—community, generosity, and creating a lasting impact. We believe in the power of strong relationships, whether we’re restoring homes or building connections over a cup of coffee. It was wonderful to see so many community members come together to support the Fair Oaks Police Department.

We were also honored to attend the recent Coffee with the Chief event at Spotted Deer Coffee Company, where the community gathered to meet Interim Chief Todd Smith and the dedicated officers of the Fair Oaks Ranch Police Department. It was an incredible opportunity to see how committed everyone is to fostering a safe and thriving neighborhood.

A big thank you to Spotted Deer and the Fair Oaks Police Department for allowing us to be part of such an inspiring initiative. It was heartwarming to see so many familiar faces, and we’re proud to play a role in building a stronger, more connected community. ☕👮‍♀️
